Yes. You can change your account plan by going into the Subscription section of the dashboard in the account settings.

To upgrade your account, navigate to the dashboard, click the settings icon at the top right corner, expand 'Account' tab on the side panel, click Subscription, click the change plan button, and select the plan that you want to change to.

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
